My name is Kelly and I am your Seattle den momma. I am ready and rearin' to lead a posse of wild and wonderful ladies in the best workout of your lives while flashing back to the Greatest Era Ever. I'm the girl that thinks Haddaway's "What is Love" is the best thing that happened to music in the 90s (and remember when Ricki danced to it in My So Called Life).
